How to pay attention towards your skin?

The first step for caring your skin is identifying your skin type and following the prescribed methodologies

If you want a soft, smooth, clean and healthy skin first of you need to concentrate towards your skin.. Besides a healthy diet, composed of cereals, fruits and vegetables along with exercise and adequate sleep is essential for a healthy skin.

Do avoid going out in the sun and if you need to, begin using a sunscreen to protect your skin from getting damaged.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily, to keep your skin hydrated.

As a guideline your skin needs two staples: Cleanser and Moisturizer.

Other products might include-toner, exfoliator and eye cream or gels.

Avoid using more than three or four products daily to protect your skin from breaking out and reacting. Simplify your routine (it should not take more than 10 minutes to do twice a day) and use basic formulas.

The following is the basic skin care which a women can follow:-

Cleansing
Proper cleansing is required to remove dirts n make-ups from your skin.only soap and water cannot remove make-up from the skin. While cleansing the skin with a cream, lotion or milk, it must be massaged into the skin with a light upward and outward movement, paying particular attention to the grease of the nose, under chin area, neck and ear lobes.
If using a cotton wool for cleansing moist it first. .You might need to repeat the cleansing process 2-3 times until the cotton wool or tissue is clean.

Steaming:- Steaming is beneficial for cleansing all types of skin. It helps in cleaning the skin of all surface dirt, stimulates, the circulation and unclogs blocked pores.

(b) Massage:- This routine consists of a thorough cleaning. After removing the cleanser completely, the next step that follows is massage. The purpose of the massage is to relax the facial muscles and stimulate blood circulation. The massage should not extend beyond 5-10 min and should be done with clean hands. Take care not to stretch your skin while massaging.

Cold Treatment:- The last step that follows cleansing is application of ice-cold water or masks to draw out the impurities and close the open pores.

How to make proper care of skin ?

Physical beauty is reflected from skin. Is a person with a nice body but with rough, pimpled and dull skin considered beautiful? certainly not. A lovely and beautiful skin could easily hide other defects of the body. Skin is not only a basic medium for beauty but it is also a barometer of good health. The coating of skin represents what is happening beneath it.

Once we grow old the blood circulation to skin is lowered due to which skin loses its youthful appearance. The color of skin changes and wrinkles start to appear. but we don’t have to worry. One could look younger and have radiating skin bypassing ageing to some extent by taking proper care of the skin.

Lack of proper circulation of blood to skin is the major cause of skin problems, which primarily occurs due to protein, vitamin B and vitamin C deficiency. Over exposure to sun is also a hazard for the skin. Late night programs and alcohol consumption are other reasons for skin's ill health.

If you want young and glowing beauty, remember not to neglect your skin. Keep your skin well attended and save it from hazards of modern living.

Food For Beautiful Skin - Healthy Food For Beautiful Skin

The food that goes into our body directly reflects on the outward side of our body as well. Since food is our body's fuel, whatever we put into it is what we will get out of it. Now, think about that last meal you had. Was it food for beautiful skin? Or, perhaps it was a trip to the local fast food location.

The good news is that you can eat a healthy, well balanced diet and get rewarded with beautiful skin. Of course, there are also plenty of myths out there as well. To help you to learn what is the right thing to eat and what is anything but that, take a look at these tips for healthy skin.

  • Add in a well balanced diet.  a well balanced diet is essential for beautiful skin. You don't have to eat raw vegetables and boring foods, but you do need to eat your share of vitamins and nutrients.
  • To remain healthy, your skin needs a regular and well-balanced supply of nutrients. You may not need any supplements, provided you look after your skin and you are generally healthy. Try to eat at least five portions of fresh vegetables or fruits every day: this should be quite easy if you have three pieces of fruit as desserts or snacks, plus a salad or vegetable dish with two meals.
  • Eating chocolate or greasy French fries does not cause acne! This is a just a myth that is out there. Yet, many people should avoid these foods anyway. To get rid of acne that you have, eat a well balanced diet that is rich in antioxidants. There is no fighting the fact that you may gain some weight with chocolate and French fries, but you will not have acne because of them.
  • Eating broccoli, carrots and milk can help to protect your skin in a number of ways. It will look beautiful and it will also help you to have less risk of diseases on your skin. They can help protect you from UV rays and help to prevent some forms of cancer. Of course, they are just good for your body too!
